Who wants business, executive,
and professional coaching?
- The fortune 100 company wanting to help a senior
manager with communication skills to improve workplace relationships.
- The entrepreneur looking for nonjudgmental support
in forging a new direction for the company.
- The small business CEO considering retirement,
new career, or transition issues.
- The middle manager working on leadership skills
which are necessary to reach the next level.
- Corporate leaders creating new visions for their
company.
- The managing partner of a professional practice
seeking to improve partner and client relationships while increasing
productivity.
What does the coach do? As a first step, the
coach assesses, with the client, the key target areas which may
include building leadership skills, transition planning, goal setting,
stress reduction, work/life balance, employee retention or corporate
visioning.
Client and coach then design a program to provide convenient one-on-one
coaching sessions. In these confidential sessions, open-ended questions
and careful listening create a trusting environment to stimulate
creative thinking, growth, and accountability for change. Why is
it so effective? Being truly heard and acknowledged by an unbiased,
nonjudgmental, advocate is very powerful. In addition to drawing
out new thoughts and exposing nonproductive habitual patterns, a
co-designed system for accountability insures learning and forward
movement. What are the costs? Each coaching program is uniquely
tailored to fit the client's needs. The relationship may be one-on-one
with a single individual or it may incorporate workshops with an
entire organization or department followed by ongoing coaching for
select participants. Contact us for a free consultation to determine
what approach is best for you and we will provide a proposal based
on that discussion and assessment. |
